Public launch pre-registration

If you submit the Coming Soon pre-registration form, we may store: first name, last name, manager mobile number, academy name, province, city, and — if you fill them in — academy phone and Instagram. We also store the request’s source IP address for abuse protection and technical logging.

Purpose

Evaluating and contacting launch-interest leads, and product-launch communication where needed. Automated launch SMS or email is not implemented yet; follow-up may happen manually or later.

Accounts and academies (after sign-in)

For signed-in accounts: email, display name, password hash; academy profile; classes and enrollments; sign-in session. These are separate from the public pre-registration form.

Principles

• Minimize — only what current product flows need.
• Unpublished academies are not listed publicly.
• Academy write operations are membership-gated.
• Launch pre-registration lists are visible to platform staff (God Panel) only — not to the public.
• This notice does not claim deletion SLAs, special encryption, or legal certifications; it will be updated as the product matures.

Public content

Published academy and teacher pages are intentionally public. Do not put private student phone numbers on public about fields.

Not in this soft-launch path

Payments, national ID, public messaging, marketplace discovery, and automated launch SMS/email are not part of this public pre-registration path yet.
